Raw Carrot Ginger Soup

This raw carrot ginger soup is not only filling but also would improve your immunity.

Ingredients

Juice from 10 carrots and 1 green apple

1 avocado

Juice from 1/2 a lemon

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/2 tsp. chopped ginger

1/4 tsp. allspice

Put everything in a high speed blender like vita-mix and blend till thick and smooth. Serve immediately.
